The successful candidate will have experience in areas such as:
• Purchase order processing, deliver note and invoice matching
• Tracking of outstanding orders, invoices and authorisations and query resolution
• Inputting sales and purchase invoices to the finance system
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers, acting as the first point of contact for accounts queries
• Record keeping and filing
